As a Filipino, I have to admit that I wasn’t a huge fan of Chicken Joy, but I decided to give it another try after a long time. The original flavor was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which I appreciated. However, the spicy version didn’t meet my expectations—it was milder than I thought it would be and a bit dry inside. My son enjoyed the new original chicken sandwich, though. The fries didn’t impress me; they were just average. The spaghetti was decent, while the burger steak was quite tasty. I always look forward to the pies, as they taste great whether served cold or warmed up.

I had a delightful experience trying Jollibee for the first time in over a decade! My mom is from the Philippines, so I know it's quite popular there. I wished I could have dined in for a better experience, but the takeout was still fantastic. There were a lot of customers, and even with my online order, I had to wait in line for quite a while. The chicken was delicious and remarkably crispy! I found the spicy chicken to be spicier than I anticipated. The spaghetti, on the other hand, was less sweet than I expected. I have repeatedly enjoyed the food from this restaurant, having placed about 8 orders so far. The fried chicken is especially exceptional. While the breading isn’t quite my favorite, the chicken itself is incredibly flavorful and tender! The pineapple quencher is delightful and genuinely tastes like freshly juiced pineapple—there’s no bitterness from concentrate at all! The chicken truly lives up to the hype—it's delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the Coconut Pineapple Pie; it was fantastic! The pineapple drink was incredibly refreshing and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. The fries were enjoyable, and the mashed potatoes were great as well. The Palabok Fiesta was particularly tasty; I loved the shrimp sauce. The spaghetti had a sweet flavor—it’s not bad at all, but it seems like something kids would really enjoy.

Wow, the fried chicken here was absolutely perfect. They only serve dark meat, and the thighs were wonderfully juicy with skin that had the ideal crunch in every bite. The drumsticks were just as delicious. The creamy, buttery mashed potatoes smothered in gravy made for a perfect accompaniment. The line is typically long, but it moves quickly. It's definitely worth the wait. Plus, the service is fast and friendly.

I’m obsessed with their Palabok Fiesta! It’s perfect for a quick lunch. I recommend ordering extra sauce to elevate the flavor. I do wish there was an option to add more eggs, but it’s still an excellent dish overall.

Chickenjoy is always tender and juicy, and the gravy is delicious! I absolutely love Jollibee, from the Philippines to Washington, and it's a forever favorite for me and my husband. I'm a huge fan!
