I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. I waited at least 20 minutes for a six-piece spicy chicken order. There were around 46 pieces of chicken on the hot plate behind the cashier, so it was clear they had plenty of chicken available. I ended up asking for a refund right then and there. Overall, this is an awful place to enjoy any evening meal. I live just down the street, which makes it convenient, but from now on, I’ll be taking a detour.
You'll notice a lot of staff on hand, but the cash register and food service are quite slow. They really need to work on their efficiency. I suggest providing off-site training for new employees before they start handling the register, as it leads to confusion and delays in fulfilling orders. Please work on speeding up your service!
If you’re willing to wait for 25 min after you order. Yes, crazy in American standard. A fast food chicken is tolerable?. They actually say 25min , but it usually less. Peak time is usually most of the time. Just have to say my peace. As always, post you experience so we know what to expect. Luv that manok.
The food was delicious and bursting with amazing flavors! The service was satisfactory, but I was a bit let down by the small portion of gravy; it was significantly less than what I've received at other Jollibee locations. The chicken is consistently excellent and fresh. I usually order the three-piece spicy chicken, but I've noticed that the flavor isn't spicy at all—it tastes more like the original. Please restore the spicy flavor!
This restaurant consistently serves fresh and delicious food. They are quickly becoming known as the top choice for fast food fried chicken. Popeyes, you have some competition!
Who would have thought that fried chicken with gravy could be so incredibly delicious? It pairs perfectly with a chicken sandwich as well!
