I typically don’t leave poor ratings for restaurants, but my experience here was quite unsatisfactory. The atmosphere and service were not welcoming at all, and waiting nearly 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich is simply unacceptable. With over 20 years of experience in customer relations and sales, I know that receiving a cold chicken sandwich is not acceptable. I hope you make some improvements so that I can write a more favorable review, as I truly enjoy Wing Stop.
If you like spending time on your phone and don’t mind waiting for a long time, this place could be a good fit for you. I ordered a dish of five wings, and it took more than an hour to arrive. When I inquired about my order, they informed me it would take another 20 minutes. After waiting those extra 20 minutes, my order was still not ready.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I waited for half an hour and noticed that the three employees were prioritizing serving other customers who were of the same ethnic background, while ignoring people from different cultures who had arrived earlier. Additionally, the fries looked burnt and tasted overly salty.

This restaurant is the worst I've ever encountered. They show no regard for their customers' time and are consistently late. No matter when you schedule your pickup, you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes. It's a complete disaster.
Employees ignore everyone at the pickup/order ahead sign. Then why is there a (pickup/order ahead sign !!! Ratchet, unorganized, this store needs a manager or fire the current manger. Embarrassing
take super long to make orders almost an hour… they messed up on my order after waiting for that long EVERYTHING AND THE SAUCE WAS SPILLED. Literally just throw whatever was made put it out.
