I visited today with my family to take advantage of the $1 taco deal they offer, which Google recommended as a local spot. Overall, it was a decent experience. We tried all the $1 tacos available, but I wasn't a fan of the jerk chicken tacos. The standout for us was definitely the grilled chicken tacos—they were fantastic! However, I was a bit disappointed that the $1 taco menu only featured three options, all of which were chicken. It would have been great to see a different meat option or even a vegetarian choice.
The Jolly Tinker is fantastic! The food is truly a hidden gem. The BBQ wings strike a perfect balance between spice and sweetness. The fish tacos are outstanding! Moreover, each taco is simply exceptional! The shareable plates are perfect for sharing with at least one other person, and the staff is very accommodating. I will definitely return to The Jolly Tinker! Also, you can't miss Steph, the bartender—she's the greatest of all time! Her warm personality and kind spirit make the experience even better!
I've always admired this place from the outside; it looks stunning. Maybe one day I'll stop by to play some pool and grab a drink of water. I believe my mom would enjoy it too.
