We were fired for about an hour in a tourist place on the street. A local turned us to Jordan. He said that "the locals were going. We were welcomed and arrived in a few minutes. The vibe is small town diner, charming and warm. Our waitress was super friendly... the kindest person we met on our trip. My husband ordered the Western Omelette. He was very happy with the portion size and cooking on the eggs. It came with a wonderful freshly baked muffin that we took the next morning in a carriage and chased on it. Drawn in his 4.6 star with over 2400 reviews, I have easily misunderstood my expectations. The staff were very friendly with fast service and really a family owned and operated restaurant Vibe. We ordered the Maine Wild Blueberry pancake and the blue berries muffin. The plus side was the small sugar they used, which is very different from other chain store muffins / pancakes. But the muffin was drier when I liked, could really finish half of it, and the pancake was a little bland. Maybe it would be better with her house blue berries syrup. Excellent place for breakfast in Bar Harbor. We arrived at a Tuesday morning at 7:30 and the place was packed. We use our names and sit pretty fast. I noticed that it was overcrowded even more after we came with people who showed up outside, but the line seemed to move fast. Service was excellent and the food came fast. We ordered two meals we share. One was the blueberry pancakes that were delicious. We also ordered the lobster omelet with onions and mushrooms. That was quite delicious. Portions of both were super generous. No matter how long you have to wait to get in, it's worth it!

Good old fashioned diner! Fantastic portions and decent quality. We had omelette, Reuben, and breakfast combo with blueberry muffins. Omelette was alright with bit more seasoning and cooking needed for the potatoes. Reuben was crunchy, lightly toasted and packed with flavor, a must get! Really enjoyed the blueberry muffin and pancakes as they were fresh and not overly sweet 10/10! Don?t forget to grab yourself a blueberry soda on the way out?

Wonderful diner. Only open for breakfast/brunch. Great service, fair prices. Definitely worth stopping in and seeing these locals. Well established location in the heart of Bar Harbor. Try the fruit bowl, very fresh fruits. Excellent omelets. Excellent corned beef.
