in the frame of our extended weekend on sylt, we stayed at the hotel jörg müller and ate there on Saturdays to evening.The reception was friendly and we were brought to our table in the already well-stocked restaurant. if you want to eat here on a specific day, a reservation is recommended. we had among others the congratulated soul fillets and the holsteiner weiderind. the courts tasted us excellent. the sancerre also.In the dessert there were the baked cirches (a dream!) and chocolate mousse. both desserts came in quite neat portions, so that we let the evening sound rich and satisfied with grappa and espresso. We'll be happy to come back.

yes, it must be easy! if you are on sylt, you must also visit jörg müller’s restaurant. jörg müller has taken over by all the restaurant guides and now cooks more in silence. who also manages to cook for over 40 years at the courtesy level. we have eaten very well again. of course there is not only heights. for me the classic "gugelhupf von der gänseleber" was a bit boring. the pigeon breast an absolute Müller highlight. deer serive was as always very good! we had a pleasant evening! thank you!

the restaurant jörg müller is one of the best on Sylt.Salat, suppe, fish and meat. everything was great and tasted wonderfully. :)-competent and very friendly staff. a very good evening at which everything was just fit.Dessert was also very delicious. :)- especially great the sweet appetizer, sometimes something other than brot, delicious raw food with dip. quite wonderful :)-we were thrilled and happy to come back.Reservation is quasi obligatory ;-)

After years we have visited jm again. even if the food was very good, perfect ingredients, you will notice the sinking possibilities without star. the ambiente also acts a bit bleak, the pesel is better. thick minus point in the dessert, the caramelized cirches were phenomenal, but the humble rest. the petit four could also come from the metro
