in the frame of our extended weekend on sylt, we stayed at the hotel jörg müller and ate there on Saturdays to evening.The reception was friendly and we were brought to our table in the already well-stocked restaurant. if you want to eat here on a specific day, a reservation is recommended. we had among others the congratulated soul fillets and the holsteiner weiderind. the courts tasted us excellent. the sancerre also.In the dessert there were the baked cirches (a dream!) and chocolate mousse. both desserts came in quite neat portions, so that we let the evening sound rich and satisfied with grappa and espresso.
