I wish there were more stars to give. Small, cozy, well decorated place, a little off the beaten path, so quiet and serene. Well meaning wait staff, maybe a little inexperienced, but always smiling and giving their best. . The food is fantastic. The first time I went I really liked it, so I decided to return with my family and experience more dishes (we share). None of the dishes disappointed. Well executed, seasoned just right for us and true to the cooking from the region. Service was a little slow because the place was full. I loved my meal and experience here. Andrés took the time to explain the menu and helped me select items that were unique to this region of Colombia. The food was full of flavor and the service was top notch. I also met the owner Manuel and learned more about how he uses his experience in culinary school to match with the traditions he remembers from his grandma's kitchen.
