Bad experience twice. Honestly… the cream cake (a Jura specialty)… how sad! The cream was not good at all although the cakes seemed very fresh. All our guests said that the cream had gone bad! Second time buying it and second time it's identical. A return of our cakes at reception was, to our great surprise, just as disappointing. We are timidly informed that the cakes will be taken back and we are told that we will discuss with the boss. Despite our loyalty, we had no contact after this experience, no news from them, and no refund, nor any compensation for the return of expired products. However, we returned the cakes that we paid for... It's a shame, the customer service was also a bad exp...
