This cafe is around our neighborhood. Yesterday we decided to give it a try. The shop is clean and neat with cute decorations. The outside seating is surrounded by small plants, so we picked the outdoor seat. I thought they were pretty busy so it took a little while to get our food ready. But the meal was really good and worth the waiting. We ordered one breakfast bagel and two sandwiches. They tasted fresh and juicy and flavorful. Honestly I was enjoying every bite of my brunch. Glad we stopped by and tried it.
I called to try and make an order to go the guy that answered said he can't take phone orders I would have to download an app. I have never heard such a thing although their food is good, I won't be back. They lack customer service. I am at work and don't have time to be downloading apps and ordering online. If you are going to answer the phone how hard is it to take an order?
This is a really charming spot for lunch with friends! However, it may not be the best choice for young children, as there are a lot of small decorations that could catch their attention. The sandwiches were fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an organic baby green salad, which is quite rare in this area. Food rating: 5/5.
In summary, I understand why some people criticize their service; the communication and friendliness are definitely lacking. However, I do want to emphasize that the food is really good and was served in a timely manner. Just keep in mind that with only one cook on duty, it may take a bit longer to receive your food during busy times.

This charming spot is fantastic! It has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and serves excellent food. Their bagels and pastries are made fresh daily, and they’re immensely tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly. It's definitely one of my favorite places!
I stopped by to give it a try and enjoyed a vanilla iced coffee along with a Lox Croissant. Both were excellent—this place is a true gem! Let’s support this local café, as it's conveniently located near me and I would hate to see it go. Food: 5/5.
I absolutely love Julie's Cafe! Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are fantastic, and the tuna sandwich for lunch is incredible. It's such a peaceful place to enjoy a meal. Food: 5/5.
I really love the bagel, but the service is incredibly slow. There’s only one kiosk to place your order, and my bagel sandwich took 20 minutes to be ready. Food rating: 4/5.
