I had an amazing experience at J Korean BBQ! The hospitality was superb, especially from server Deniz who deserves a raise. Despite being the only server, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The presentation at our table was excellent and the atmosphere was vibrant with great music and lighting. The restaurant was clean and sanitized, but could use some upgrades in the seating area. The dishes were delicious and the sides were limited, but additional ones could be requested for an extra charge. Everything was fresh and flavorful with just the right portion sizes. We ended with some ice cream and overall, the experience was fantastic. I give 5 stars to server Deniz...

I wish I could give this place zero stars because of the poor customer service. Our so called server, the taller dude with the black glasses was very rude. He took our meat order, brought our water and then that's the last that we saw of him at our table. The young lady serving the table next to us got us a few things if we asked. That automatic gratuity that they add should have went to her instead of casper the unfriendly ghost. I'm visiting from Minnesota but if I'm ever in California again I would rather starve than to eat there again.

Waste of time I went here to ask for a table brought a table and the guy said yes I have a table for you and then walk the way and never came back lol so I took a look around for myself everything's pretty dirty and nastyou're pretty dirty and nasty I walked around the kitchen all by myself and no one even said anything Took a nice little peak of what they have in the back thank God I didn't stay I wish I would have took photos

The food and the staff at this restaurant were fantastic. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately, the garnish on my dish was not removed, causing me to get my hands messy and give up on eating it. However, despite this small issue, the price was great and I would definitely return for another visit.

No good variety of meat no real selection of side dishes and they charge your children as adults. Expect to pay almost $90 for a family of four. Be aware that this place charges gratuity for 3 people and over. Ridiculous, tips are optional. Don't Force customers to pay gratuity it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

They have excellent service, they check up in you to make sure everything is in order. Making sure you get your meat and replace the grill itself when its too burnt from all the previous meat. The raw meat is a bit thawed from being frozen but its still good and tasty

My husband and I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The service was decent, and I appreciated the button to call the server. The only downside was the smoky atmosphere inside. Overall, not a bad place to dine.

unpredictable, in comparison to other local locations. no better deals. few people go here so they probably don't see a line like in the red palace.

Love this place, they have outside seating to. Fast, friendly service. A must try.
