Junction - Reservar una mesa

We stayed at Essex Resort Spa for our anniversary weekend and booked dinner at Junction as it was promoted as an interactive restaurant. We had called and asked if it would be possible to postpone our reservation by half an hour that they could not accept. We understood, but then we were surprised when we arrived and there was only another table of guests in the restaurant. I suppose they suffer from a lack of personnel, but it was a little strange. Regardless, the menu had some nice choices, and we landed on the Tomahawk for 2. All night we expected the interactive aspect of this restaurant experience, but that never happened. Excellent food and quirky decor. Hotel Posh on beautiful grounds. There is a tavern next door that should have superior pub food; is looking forward to trying. In warmer months, they have outside seats that I think would be nice. Overall a tasty, chic (price), place with interesting decor. There are places in the city center Church that I probably have for upscale restaurants about that as it is out of the way for us, but if you stay or live in the area, I think it is a treat to try.

The Junction hosted our rehearsal dinner. The food and drinks were great. My guests had an incredible time. Can't say enough about the awesome staff.

Amazing selection of designs for beer! Great cocktail also lost. Great meal and service. Braised short rib was delicious. Very recommended.

Cooking seats were amazing. He cooked the Tomahawk Steak perfectly. I highly recommend this place!
