Sonntag 11 Uhr Jungfrau Victoria sechs Freunde und ein fantastischer Brunch. Wir waren hier zum Brunch, welcher keine Wünsche offen ließ, vom süßen Gebäck über Speck, Eier feine Salate leckeren Lachs hin zum schmackhaften Kalbsbraten und natürlich als krönenden Abschluss, dass Dessertbuffet mit Schoki Fontäne. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit viel gelacht und miteinander ausgetauscht ein rundum gelungener Vor-und Nachmittag mit guten Service in gediegener Atmosphäre der Jungfrau Brasserie in Interlaken sehr gern kommen wir wieder und können diesen Brunch am Sonntag jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Service was great; it was pleasant to have an outside table with the piano music. But the prices are unreal. $300 for 2 orders of fish and chips, an Indian entree and beverages. Nothing was inexpensive, the food was nothing special. The milkshakes for dessert seemed more like milk and bosco. I understand being on vacation, in tourist areas, things can get expensive. But this seemed over the top. Service was top notch though and overall we enjoyed ourselves.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Victoria-Jungfrau Hotel durften wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Sicht auf die Jungfrau geniessen! Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Eine unzählige Anzahl an Säften, eine sehr grosse Käseauswahl und viel frisches Brot und und und.... nichts fehlte. Aufgefallen sind mit auch die Vielfalt im Angebot für die Kleinen Gäste. Vorbildlich. Auch die Service Crew war sehr freundlich und nett! Alles wunderbar!

Eimalige Bedinung durch das Service-Personal und Auszubildenden. Nette freundliche Art von den meist ausländischen Mitarbeitern. Schöne Präsentation vom Apero bis zum Kaffee. Preislich höheres Segment ist aber die Leistung wert. Auch Hunde werden bestens bedient! Einfach ein ruhender Pol im Gastrobereich von Interlaken. Praktisch keine Asiaten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet in der Brasserie ist eine Wucht und jederzeit eine Wiederholung wert. Auswahl, Qualität, Ambiente und Service stimmen. Einzig die fehlende Tischreservation macht den Sonntagmorgen möglicherweise bei zu vielen Gästen ein wenig hektisch. Bei unserem Besuch mussten viele Gäste auf einen Tisch im QuarantaUno ausweichen.
Beautiful room with a fresco on the ceiling is quite impressive when you walk in. The staff is super professional, discreet and smiling. The buffet offers enough food for all tastes. As the city hosts a lots of guests from Asia you can even sample food that you don't have usually for breakfast. Large selection of fresh juices
I had my meal at night, therefore I wasn't able to enjoy the view of the mountains. Nice quiet ambiance. Good service from the staff. I thought the food was excellent. The thing I loved the most was the shrimp soup and the homemade limoncello.

Malgré une longue attente alors que le bar était vide, ma Cesar salade aux crevettes et le burger étaient excellents. Donc un peu long un peu cher mais personnel charmant et très bonne qualité.
