Jungle Braai - Reservar una mesa

I placed an order through UberEats and received a completely incorrect order. Only one item that I ordered arrived, which was the drink. The rest of the items were wrong. When I opened the fries, I found black crispy shrivelled pieces mixed in with them. I had ordered seasoned fries, but these were plain except for the black pieces. Additionally, they mistakenly sent a burger instead of the hot dog I had ordered, and it arrived cold and bland. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Upon arrival, the table was messy and it took 15 minutes for us to get a clean table in the back. The waiter was rushing us to place our order, but it still took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The dishes were served with significant delays, and we were disappointed to only receive 2 portions of ribs for 2 people. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my portion of ribs, and I am still waiting on the chips that I keep reminding the waiter about, but they have yet to arrive.

I was very disappointed with the food at Jungle Brai. I was expecting high-quality meats, but the concept of South African food was misleading. I was hoping for juicy meats that had been marinated overnight for enhanced flavor, but instead, the chefs simply grilled the meats and drowned them in ketchup sauces. It was a very disappointing experience. Sorry, guys!

Waited 1 HOUR for starters then waited another 20 minutes for the mains even though we asked to have all the food altogether. My burger has 2 patties in it which were like actual ROCKS! Ended up not eating it! I've said it once and I'll say it again THIS PLACE NEEDS TO STEP UP!!!

Had a great evening at jungle braai had are on space to ourselves and food was great overall I would like to give jungle braai 5 stars
