Just Jerk - Reservar una mesa

Terrible service. I called 20 minutes ago to place an order and the girl hung up on me. I call back she’s laughing and having a conversation and doesn’t acknowledge that I’m on the phone until I said hello several times. I finally place my order and I get to the restaurant and they tell me they didn’t receive a call. I I told them the number I called and literally repeated everything they said to me … they’re response was “well we don’t have cabbage or plantains anyway”. They never said that when I placed my order. The owner is just as bad as the employees. No apologies, no acknowledgement, no nothing. Everyone go to TOP TASTE next door. Better service and food.

Where do I start....The customer service was impeccable The food was Delicious I stopped in before heading back to Texas and was able to speak to the owner. She spoke of possibly franchising, the importance of keeping the business intact and more. I told her I usually take pictures of the food if it’s good and post them. Unfortunately... I was soooo hungry when I got back home, taking pictures of the food was not on my mind! That jerk chicken, beans and cabbage was definitely worth the stop and I look forward to going back!!! Great job Lady

I wish I could give a higher rating. here is a great man! authentic home style Jamaican cuisine! what a great customer service and the best jerk mine I saw on the east coast

This restaurant serves delicious food. Their jerk chicken is flavorful and nice. Staff is personable. Nuff respect.
