Jute has a beautiful view and delicious breakfast. We were greeted each day by our.smiling hostess Jackie. We were seated at Renato's table. He was extremely attentive and very personable as was Reina the other waitress that helped us during our stay. The breakfast food was very good, as was the coffee and brought out promptly by our exceptional waiter Renato. The view is very nice and you can ask to be seated outside overlooking the golf course. This is my second time visiting and enjoying Jute. The friendly employees were the main reason we returned. Everyone makes you feel at ease and welcome. We will be back again very soon!
When we make a reservation we assume there will be service. We had a 1:00 reservation at Jute on Sunday. When we arrived, I had to find someone to tell them we had a reservation. The response was you can sit anywhere and when you want to order you can go and let the bartender know. The 'restaurant ' is basically the hotel lobby. No doors or petitions, you are just in the lobby with everyone, walking through to their rooms, the golf course, etc. The menu didn 't look bad but not great either so we decided to leave and go somewhere with full service.
Such a lovely space and staff. I was guided from the elevator by a lovely employee who lead me to the restaurant, Jute. I was served by Jordan who encompasses hospitality he was considerate and attentive to my needs and my craziness of consistent relocating away from the sun while working on my laptop. He was accommodating to my work session and even broke up my time with a casual conversation about future travel work plans. Please come visit this location as a local or traveler you will not be disappointed!
I have been to the Westdrift hotels a couple of time. This is probably the only few places that I would eat hotel food. It is delicious and the wait staff are great! I typically do breakfasts and lunches here when I work conferences. I love their beet salad. All the other items on the menu are very good too. Tried many dishes, all yummy so far.

I went to this restaurant for Mother's Day Brunch and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary mimosas for mothers, a craft table for kids, music by the amazing Haley Fish Burger, and an excellent fusion-inspired menu. We tried the churro French toast, ceviche, lomo Salgado, a burger, and a kids meal with chicken tenders.
Evelyn was absolutely amazing!! The menu was just ok, it didn’t offer a lot of variety but the food itself was pretty good. The service was next level!! She was attentive, checked in often and went above and beyond. My husband and I celebrated our 16-year anniversary and she even surprised us with a delicious dessert. Thank you!
I came here for the Mother's Day Brunch and it was a great experience. They had complementary mimosas for the moms, craft table for the kids, music by Haley Fish Burger which was awesome btw and the fusion inspired menu was excellent. We had the churro French toast, ceviche, lomo Salgado, burger and chicken tender kids meal.
This restaurant is ok. I mean for a hotel you expect a bit better. I got the breakfast buffet and everything was cold and hard. Mind you it was only 9am. The one thing I loved was the huevos rancheros. Sadly even though the breakfast was included I had to pay for my plate beCause you don't get credit.

It sounds like Jute just changed up their menu recently. I ordered the Korean Grilled Flank Steak Tacos and they were fantastic! Service was super fast and friendly as well. Thanks Jute!
