A very friendly welcome from Madame and Jean Yves Schillinger, it is clear that we are here at real catering professionals who know how to receive their guests. An address that fully deserves its references in the guides including the red guide with its two stars. A beautiful new and modern establishment with an original setting located in the middle of the Champ Park of March, but difficult to find when you are not from Colmar, because it is “hidden” by the Hotel L’Esquisse and there is no indication of its location! Tasting menu 10 very good and correct dishes, but for having already made other stars, this time we were not really surprised and impressed! On the other hand, an impeccable service with very professional and friendly employees! A heartburn and a special mention for the bread, a delight!
Two menus, 1 6-course vegetable menu, 1 10-course menu. A discovery with every bite for my wife and me. The detailed presentation of each dish, accompanied by a perfectly matched wine, made the experience unique and delicious. Thank you to the staff and congratulations to the chef and his team.
