Please avoid this establishment, between the fecal matter in the bathroom, the fights witnessed with no concern or safety and the worst overpriced food and drinks not to mention a male bartender that thinks he owns the establishment and very confrontational. Mr. Kenrick would not approve as an owner. This is disgraceful to a place locally owned and we as patrons wanting to spend our time and money to visit.... Sad cause it could be so better to the locals around. Needs a whole new management cleanse for it could be a lot more inviting to visit. Will never go there again unless...

Left my car here overnight. Came to pick it up the next morning and it was getting hooked up to a tow truck. Apparently it was in the way of the trash truck getting back the to the dump. Usually these interactions don’t go well but much to my surprise they were just my move car out of the way no charge so the trash truck could get through. Tow truck unhooked me immediately and I slid the driver $20 anyways for being pleasant. Manager came out and said they weren’t going to impound me, must move me. That’s how you do it. Great service. I’ll be back.
Food is amazing as is the service!! Best people you will ever meet and you always feel welcome and at home. We come here often and have never once had a bad meal or bad service to C Allison we witnessed your tirade and your reported experience simply never happened. You were rude, impatient and lied about being a police officer and started taking photos of the manager when you were completely out of line and delusional. I truly hope you mean it when you say you won’t be back because no one wants to see you in this wonderful establishment again.

Kahunas is a fun, low key bar that provides an amazing atmosphere no matter the day of the week. No matter how busy they get the service is always terrific. In particularly, the one bartender, Abby, always has a smile on her face even when being bombarded with orders. Despite having a remarkable amount of customers at a time she was still able to recall my order when I returned to the bar. I appreciated her being able to take the time to make individual connections with each of her customers. Overall, highly recommend and ask for Abby!
Local bar. Staff are some of the friendliest around and always remember you. Typical bar food menu but served so well prepared it doesn't feel that way. Every dish I have had becomes a new favorite. Some of the best fajitas around. Taco salad served in the tortilla bowl os fly loaded as are their nachos. Plenty of appetizers to enjoy. Great pool tables, friendly staff and welcoming patrons.
This place is run like a backyard ally. Worst management of an establishment I have ever seen. The staff is great except for one particular bartender who thinks he runs the place. His actions toward patrons is seriously concerning. I don’t think the owner, Mr. Kendrick, would approve.

Kahuna's is the only bar in st Pete I frequent regularly when I'm snow birding. Abby and Andy are top notch bartenders always ready to make sure you feel welcomed in the dirty south. Love and respect!!!!
This place has gotten better with time and it started out good.
