Kai Sushi - Reservar una mesa

It was my first time trying Kai sushi, the food was average nothing special but decent. I ordered a smoothie about halfway through my meal and they did not deliver it until after I paid the check and was on my way out the door. I took one sip of the smoothie and spit it out it tasted like rancid milk. I re entered the restaurant and very politely asked to swap out the smoothie for a soda. I was very apologetic and I never return food unless it literally inedible. The waitress was understanding and helpful. However she had to ask her manager, the manager was extremely disrespectful to both myself and her own coworkers. She grabbed the full smoothie out of my hand and threw it in a dirty dishe...

Absolutely my worst experience with sushi rotary bars. I've never had a problem eating my fill of sushi and I am a huge sushi lover so this wasnt the first time I had eaten sushi. My aunt (also a sushi lover) and I went here and at first it started off great and fun. The food tasted great and the service was nice. However, as soon as we had gotten home I started to puke my guts out and so did my aunt. The food we got was definitely contaminated. I do NOT recommend. Hopefully other people are not getting sick.

This restaurant is really good. It was cool being able to choose the food off the conveyer belt. The food was delicious. The shrimp tempura was really good. The crab Rangoon was great. The shrimp fried rice was delicious. For dessert, the mini cheesecakes were awesome. My only complaint is that I never got my fried calamari. But no biggie. I will definitely be back here.

Omg what a disappointment!!! Save your money!! LolNone of the sushi were fresh, most look like and taste like from the day before or several days!Sushi were very thin and small portion. We even ordered some item off rotary, still very bad!We ordered noodels and rice as well....Same disappointment!
