Kakigori Dessert Cafe Disappointment I dined at your Renton location recently with high hopes of topping off my dinner with some of your much-talked-about desserts. Sadly, I was greeted with a disappointing spectacle, to put it mildly.Most of your equipment seemed to be out of service, evidently causing sub-par service with regards to ice cream and beverages. This, in my eyes, was a cardinal sin for a place that touts dessert and drinks as its primary offering. Furthermore, the cleanliness of your establishment left much to desire. Not sure what kind of business shuts everything down half hour before closing but this place does. Im going to assume it's because the workers are younger and they have better things rmto do then spend it at work. Second time here now and it's changed. The deserts are no longer tasty and hard to eat with the utensils they give

We thoroughly enjoyed the watermelon and the plant pot at this restaurant. The plant pot dessert was a unique combination of crispy, soft, and icy elements, creating a delicious and interesting dessert experience. The "dirt" with ice cream and cheesecake, topped with frosted flakes, was a delightful and decadent treat.

The food is delicious, though a tad on the sweet side. The waitress was extremely friendly, despite working solo. The kitchen was immaculately clean and orderly. The restaurant is adorned with adorable little trees, creating a charming atmosphere. Reserva una mesa ahora

We tried the croffle to go. I guess the wasn't the best idea it's probably best eaten fresh had turned all soggy and chewy by the time we ate. Not too memorable. We arrived close to closing time so no major service extended.

I was disappointed that my kakigori did not come with any syrup, and neither did the other one I ordered. The only positive was that the fruit was fresh. Overall, it was not worth visiting this restaurant.

First time there, went for a quick dessert. We both had an “ice cream” with fruit. Was a great experience to try different things, and so good. The strawberry cheesecake was very good.

The soft serve and taro shaved ice cream at Nube were delicious and perfect. They were so good that they were enough for 5 people to share, but too much food for just 2 people. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was tasty, but the prices were too high and the ambiance seemed to consist of random items from a garage sale.

This restaurant is just like the one in Seattle. It's delicious and has more convenient hours.
