I have frequented Kanzo for quite some time so it’s disappointing to have to give it a terrible review but after today I feel I have no choice. I went there today with work colleagues and we each ordered our lunch. When the staff started...bringing our food out it became apparent that the waitress had incorrectly taken one of the orders and my colleague was given two grilled salmon rolls instead of two grilled salmon nigiri. When we pointed out this error the waitress insisted she had taken the order correctly (even though I saw my colleague pointing to the correct item in the menu when ordering) and they refused to take the items back and refused to take them off the bill. Stumbled on to this gem in Parramatta accidentally when looking for a bank on our first day visiting Sydney. The only place I can compare this flavoursome restaurant is in the famous Melbourne Crown Towers Hotel Plaza. They come in decently large servings with carefully...crafted flavours perfect for your tastebuds. Kanzo Fresh Sushi isn't just a sushi bar. It serves popular dishes from Japan. The only thing I regret was I should have bought more. Next time I visit Sydney, I would definitely visit again.
Great place to have sushi and have great terriyaki chicken. My girlfriend and I eat here alot and thoroughly enjoy our experience each time we eat here. Only thing is the outdoor eating area is slanted due to the landscape so it does get a...little tough to eat at times with your table wiggling everywhere.
Whilst there is a good selection of options on the menu, on the day we went service was very slow. The staff were friendly enough and the food was alright, but I have certainly have had much better Japanese. It was alright for a lunch...during the week.

I have visited this restaurant many times since I started working in Parra in Numerous friends have also earmarked this establishment as being good. I would highly recommend one try this place out.
Really enjoyed the food we got take away. We ordered the pork gyoza, mixed tempura, chicken katsu don, various sushi and the salmon salad, all was very nice, very fresh and well priced.
The best sushi place in parramatta hands down! The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. Recommend times over.. must visit destination
I love this place and always busy, so obviously lots of others do too. It’s a weekly thing for me good clean meals and well priced

Great place to enjoy good sushi and many varieties. Very busy restaurant during lunch. Definitely need to try the grilled salmon.
Very good fresh sushi Affordable but doesn’t compromise on quality. Came here on a Monday and the place was very busy
