Karina's Tacos - Reserva de mesa

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. We ordered the milanesa torta, al pastor torta, and flautas. All the dishes were good, especially the milanesa torta, which was tender and well-cooked. The chicken flautas were also enjoyable, although the salsa could have been spicier, but it was still flavorful. Next time, I will definitely be trying the tacos.

I live in Central Oregon and have been struggling to find a place that serves tripas. It's been four years since I last had them! Luckily, I discovered Karina's, which makes them just the way I like. My brother-in-law recommended it to me, and I can't wait to go back. We ordered from the Karina food truck since the restaurant was closed.

The taste of the homemade food is outstanding! They offer a variety of delicious Mexican snacks! The restaurant could use a bit of cleaning or some renovations, but the food is definitely worth it.

I drive an hour to get to these tacos. They are the best, their sauce is so flavorful and the tacos even more. My favorite are the head and tongue also tripa.
