I have always been a big fan of Kaspas, but I was disappointed when I recently visited and discovered that they had changed their menu without any warning. The size of the sundaes had been reduced to less than half, yet they were still charging the full price. It felt like a rip off, and when I raised the issue, they insisted that it was the same amount of ice cream in a smaller glass. This was definitely not true. I would not recommend going there for sundaes. Some of the staff members can also be quite rude, though it can vary depending on who you interact with. At the Canterbury branch, the rude staff members are so bad that even the other staff feel the need to apologize and speak to you...
I visited this restaurant at 9:30pm to order takeout waffles, but was informed that only shakes were available because it was past 9:30 at the time of ordering. We were greeted upon arrival, but the staff failed to inform us of this restriction. It was disappointing to receive such poor service from a well-known chain that refused to serve us despite our willingness to order at 9:35.
great visit on 5/10. greeted by a very friendly employee who sat and explained the currently applicable procedures due to the kovid. to follow a simple system, it was easy to order, we received 25% off and our eating and drinks were quickly brought to the table, we even had the same worker who welcomed us opening the door for us to leave. great service! thank you!
I AM FUUUMING! came to kaspas after a long hard day at work to find a blonde hair in my ice cream, she took them out back and singled them all out and interrogated them until one of them owned up, she then came back and said they had no blonde staff and blamed it on me and my friends. Disgusting behaviour, they’ll be hearing from the council.

The waffles were amazing, staff were not. I know restaurant staff are not paid a great deal, so they done their job, they were not rude or anything, but i like to see people enjoy their jobs and take pride in the work they do. Maybe it was just a bad day and social distancing etc that put a dampner on thing
I went to the Broadstairs branch with my 4 children for my birthday. Ordered £54+ of food at 9.10 and by 9.40 we were asked to leave so they could clean the table. My 2 young girls were still eating! Rude staff fooling around like it was a youth club
I visited this restaurant with my children and we were warmly welcomed by a lovely and attentive young lady named Maisie. She was great with the kids and the waffles were delicious. Thank you, Maisie!
I love it in here and highly reccomend going here all though when you are inside its always a bit cold I don't know why. Everything else is amazing , lovely staff amazing food and great service. O

The food and drinks were amazing. It was empty at the time I went. I went here for my birthday with my family. I personally suggest the Oreo waffle and mango and passion fruit bubble slush.
