Katrina Rozelle has the best cakes I've ever tasted!!! I live in Brentwood and this June will be my third year I bought from Katrina Rozelle. I love all their cakes, but the cake I love is the strawberry lemon cake. It sounds a little unusual the 2 flavors together, but it is soooo delicious. I have stored residues of this cake for 5-6 days and it is still delicious and fresh on the 6th day. I'm diabetic and can't have much sugar, but this cake doesn't make my sugar high. It's hard to find a bakery that makes cakes that don't taste like they're so tough. Also they are cookies and pastries are delicious.
