Tonkotsu Ramen Katsu the broth was rich but had a top layer of oil that I didn't enjoy as much. Otherwise very good pork belly, perfectly cooked boiled egg, tender bean sprouts. Curry Tonkotsu Rice Bowl the Tonkotsu was breaded nicely but the sauce affected the crispness. Beef Rice Bowl very good! Salmon with Garlic Soy Butter onigiri so so, falling apart as was eating it but very goodI came during happy hour so we got two Kirin at BOGO. The service was quick they have a push button at the table so it'll alert the team if you're in need for service.
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I ordered the lunch special, which included a full-sized ramen, a smaller entree, and three gyoza. I chose the spicy chicken ramen and katsudon. The staff was very attentive, frequently checking in to see how we were enjoying our meal. They even kindly asked if we really wanted to throw away some leftovers since we didn't have a fridge during our visit and my spouse was full. The decor inside was really nice, featuring anime figurines and posters. It was quite busy on a Friday afternoon.
One fine place in the greater Denver/Aurora area to get ramen. Came to Katsu Ramen for some lunch and was very impressed with the food and taste at of menu items at this restaurant. Normally a tonkotsu ramen fan, but went for the Tantanmen today and it was a good choice, if not slightly sweeter than what I'm used to eating. Lots of tables and seats, covers and booths, with prompt, friendly service and fun atmosphere. Free parking outside shared with other stores and businesses. Highly recommended!
The service is speedy and efficient! The atmosphere is lively and attracts a diverse crowd. The onigiri is delicious. The ramen is decent, but it could definitely be improved. I usually prefer mine made traditionally, with a soft-boiled or even raw egg, but that option isn't available here. The noodles were quite average and could use more variety; they were too thin, resembling angel hair pasta. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Came in for lunch. We were working close by and kinda stumbled upon this. The place was busy, super fast service. Dthey have beepers at the table if you need to order, need server, or something else, you press the button. Food is on point. We had chicken ramen and spicy tuna poke bowl. Glad to have found this spot close to my work. I ordered the black garlic Ramen with thick wavy noodles. The noodles were al dente which I prefer and the soup was delicious. Not too salty and the flavors were perfect. I was actually thinking of adding more butter and garlic but I didn't need to.Service was quick and our server was very nice. Definitely, a spot I'd return to.
Went to Katsu the other night to satiate a ramen craving. It was good and would recommend!The wait staff was friendly and quick they have these neat little buttons to call for the bill or a refill.I had the spicy chicken ramen and it was good! Plenty of food, but the chicken bits were a bit small and sank to the bottom. I prefer bigger slices.
The food was great and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and the menu has a lot of variety. Chicken karaage was one of our favorite dishes here. It comes with a really tasty sauce and is fried nicely. The place gets busy quickly and we had to wait about 5 minutes before being seated.Food: 5/5

OMG, this place was absolutely amazing , if your thinking about ramen , go here. we came here twice in one weekend because it was so enjoyable and delicious! pretty affordable too! the aesthetics inside the restaurant are so cute.
Great place for delicious ramen! The rice balls and gyoza are also fantastic. It can get busy, but the service is fast—I waited no more than 10 minutes for a table. Food: 5/5
