We sat at a booth and the varnish was so cracked and heaved nothing sat properly on the table. I took forever for the girl to even acknowledge us as she gabbed about her weekend with other staff.Homemade turkey soup, mmm NOT!THERE WERE QUESTIONSBLE BUBBLES in my soup and a distinct tart smell, my son was sure it was just hot bubbles and I begged to differ. We had ordered water with lemon and poutine as well.Once the soup was unceremoniously plunked in front of me, the waitress did not appear again till the poutine was thrust in front of us. She took off so fast only to stand behind the counter and yap with whomever, and did not once inquire if our food was okay, or even look our direction. N...

Used to love this place. It was a once a week stop for the wife and I. We missed our outings fro a few months and when we got back....what a change. The waitress that we normally had was no longer there, the 'new' waitress was a real ......unprofessional. The portions seemed to have shrunk and all of a sudden they wanted to charge me for condiments...I have to have hot sauce for 'home fries' but was informed that there was a charge for it now. When I said "your charging for condiments?" the waitress got very snooty and said something along the lines of ,"you want hot sauce we charge for it" and walked off. Tried the place a couple more times after that but the luster was gone...staff (other...

I heard about Kay's Kozy Korner from my son's friends, Riley, Johnny and Ethan and they said to make sure I came here for breakfast. I found this place warm, casual, inviting, friendly staff, talkative, enjoyable, and the regulars love talking to tourists. I had Kay's Big Breakfast and was delighted to have finally found a place that cooked breakfast to perfection. The food was served hot, right off the grill, all fresh, and cooked right in front of you. Everything on my plate was cooked perfectly and tasty. I've been going back every day for breakfast for the past two weeks and just cannot get enough. If you want great home cooking, and smiles from Jackie, Shirley, Sarah, Holly, Evelyn, Mar...

The locals love this place. Me? Not so much. Bland, uninteresting menu hasn't changed in years ( maybe decades), the decor as well. OK, that's why the locals like it! If fried food is your thing, you've hit the mother load.If you are looking for a place to eat where the friendly waitresses know everyone by name... this is your place. If you are looking for a great meal- I suggest you look elsewhere.

This is my favorite place to grab breakfast down town. My parents went here regularly as kids and now I go any chance I get. Amazing staff of super friendly ladies who are super humanly fast when it comes to service. Their grill cooks are real pros and you get the breakfast you want every time in record time. I love this place and I hope it never changes.

Its just a hole in the wall cafe with a small limited menu but its quaint, charming and the food is pretty darn good for Breakfast. We went and the place was packed with the locals. The staff were charming and attentive. If you want a decent breakfast with a little bit of old town charm, check this place out. You might be pleasantly surprised!!

A nice little diner nestled of Townsend street, the breakfast are reasonably price with a great cup of coffee with friendly service. All homemade food. We ate lunch here and found the price pretty high for a poutine, hamburger, and pop was almost $20 that to me is expensive.

I really enjoy there food and quality home cooked Burgers and Fries, Great Gravy and friendly staff. Its is not the cheapest place but worth the money. I eat here usually takeout 2 to 3 times a month. Thanks for the Great Food.
