Kd's Allegro Pizzeria

I placed an order at 9:30pm, only for it to be refunded at 9:45pm without any notification or explanation. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answered. As someone with experience in the service industry, I don't usually complain, but this experience was unacceptable. My family went without dinner because of the restaurant's negligence in not contacting us, despite having our phone number. This was my first time ordering from this establishment, and as a new resident of Mansfield, I am extremely disappointed to already lose a potential pizza place to order from.

The previous owners of this restaurant used to post strange stock photos of women eating pizza on their Facebook page while serving subpar pizza. However, the new owners are now in charge and they are delivering delicious pizza without any unnecessary promotions. I had stopped dining here due to the previous owners' bad marketing tactics, but since the new ownership took over, I have ordered from them 4 times in the past 2 weeks. They let the quality of their food speak for itself, and it is truly outstanding. This place is a hidden gem in the local community.

This place has went down hill. We pay nearly $9 for a sub, spuds, and soda deal. (We got 4) We get maybe 4 slices of meat, 2 pieces of cheese, on mostly burnt bread. (On all 4) Very disappointed, and not sure I will be coming back. Best part of this deal was the wedges.Also, they offer individual 20 oz's, but we ordered 3 20 oz's and got 1 2 ltr.Delivery ExcellentFood Quality OkayFood Quantity Very Poor

KD you are one nasty business. Absolutely disgusting. Where do you hire your employees? The ghetto? And the manager is worse than the employees. Do they require belts or at least morals in the hiring process? Now let’s talk about the food! It’s ? garbage. The worst pizza and wings I’ve ever ate! 0/10. DO NO BUY FROM HERE! An excellent large 4 topping, thin crust pizza, baked nicely with a tasty sauce! New Ownership has this place neat clean and provided fast service! Try them out Great Value!

Deluxe Salad is so amazing! I think it’s best with ranch. Cookie pizza is awesome and cooked perfectly! So clean now, and chicken bacon ranch pizza is a go to!

This is a far cry from KD pizza! The crust is super thin and there are minimal toppings. I was disappointed as it's not the same as it used to be.

Pizza was cold and so under cooked the cheese wasn't melted! Gave them a try but there are 1000x's better pizza close by

We got a chef salad and specialty pizza…both were fabulous. The salad was huge! We used coupons…less than $20.
