Michael and his team recognized the urgency of obtaining our Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in order to finalize the sale of our home. They went above and beyond, even though our small basement remodel didn't require the usual permits. They handled everything with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that every “I” was dotted and every “T” was crossed in the most efficient way possible. They were very knowledgeable about the local requirements and, importantly, had established a good rapport with the local authorities. Great experience working with Mike and Tim. We ran into an issue midway through the sale of our house. They were quick to respond and knew exactly what needed to be done. Having them to interface with the building inspector on our behalf was extremely helpful and they had a ready list of contractor/electrician/plumber recommendations. My C.O. was great. I needed a c/o for a room above a garage and for half a bathroom in the main house. They jumped in and let me know what had to be done. They quickly finished their work. Without her, I couldn't have got the CO I needed. I highly recommend it to anyone who has to get a certificate of occupancy.
