Ordered twice and both times recived the wrong order or items missing. First time they replaced the item and said they would send a free bottle of coke with next order. Second time they messed up again, sent half the order and what they did...send was wrong. Replaced the items and still no bottle of coke. 4 peices of chicken in a medium shish we had waited hours for replacement and still no drink despite it saying it would be sent. Not worth the 22 paid and no refund as an option either time. Wont be ordering again as quite simply, you dont get what you paid for when you expect it.
I had shish kebab couple times in this place and was happy with the quality and good serving. Yesterday I decided to try something different and ordered a pizza. That was the worst experience I ever had. Im a pizza lover and had so many...of them in various places and cities. This one was the worst I ever had. The quality of toppings is so poor. All unfreshed and horrible taste. Chilli sos is very poor, garlic sos quite nice.
Beware of ordering from here! On website it asks if you want delivery or collection, the sneaky part of this is the delivery menu costs more than collection prices yet they still charge an additional delivery charge on top of this!! So in theory your...paying two lots of delivery! Really annoyed with this, and surely this is not right?? I rang and questioned this stating my concerns and not happy to help at all
I don’t have a great deal to say really The food was good as it normally is ! Always good in my opinion However on order I put call my mobile as we don’t hear our doorbell too well so tell them to call To...get a phone call shouting at me I’m at your house I’m outside etc etc Really Just an angry aggressive call SHAME No need Shame

ordering 5 kebab’s to deliver, it turns out that they are more for delivered kebabs and a five pound delivery fee yes five pounds. came to 65 pounds for 5 kebab’s, would not have felt so much, but was absolutely worst kebab I have. who eats will never order again from this place
to say too late, kumpel, we are closed! despite the sign that says nothing of the art! useful, didn't even want to try and take care of a customer! that would never do anything again.
The very very Very most expensive kebab shop in Gloucester. They doubled there prices after getting a good review . In my opinion don't bother go somewhere else.
this man said what do they want that we kebab with huh and he gave us lamb, but very clean worst place that never returns

Horrible meal the fish was raw in the middle and the batter was hard. The chips were ok but luke warm
after the night came here and was impressed by the kebab, was ordered a mixed donator and chips
