When it was pointed out on the phone that it wasn't ordered, they just said: Yes, we don't have what you ordered, we've already done the other thing. In addition, CHF 18:00 for a micro cordon bleu is the bottom drawer of the price. French fries weren't done either. The tone on the phone was also very unfriendly. I will order more here.
