Kebab-Pizza-Haus Kusel No.1

We were in Kusel and stopped for a Döner before we went home. We get Döners every Thursday, and we have been to almost every Döner shop in the Kaiserslautern area, so we wanted to try a new one. We asked for 2 Klein Döners, but got some that were really loaded. Having eaten in many Döner places, it is oftentimes hard to tell what is a Klein vs a Gross. I got a soda, and we sat down in the dining room to eat. When we checked out they charged us for 2 Gross, even thougrh I had clearly said Klein. Since we had already eaten them, I let it pass. After we left I did the math and realized they had also overcharged us for the soda, which was 3 Euro. The highest I have ever paid before this is only...

mal ganz ernsthaft - wenn ich mir was bestelle, noch Infos geben will, was genau auf meinen Rollo drauf soll und in dem Moment das Telefon klingelt, der Mitarbeiter beachtet mich nicht mehr und klatscht auf den Rollo das drauf, was er denkt und als er auflegt sag ich ihm "mit Joghurtsoße statt Cocktailsoße und ohne Zwiebeln" und er versucht die Zwiebeln rauszufischen und klatscht auf die Cocktailsoße noch Joghurtsoße drauf - dann frag ich mich, was da los ist. Es waren natürlich noch Zwiebeln drauf (und die Cocktailsoße ja leider auch) Ist das Kundenservice? Zumal es ja nicht unbedingt um den Geschmack geht, wenn man sich was umbestellt, sondern schlichtweg auch mal eine Nahrungsmittelunvert...

This is a fantastic little kebab house located in downtown Kusel. The owners are really friendly and always remember you when you come in. The döner's are very tasty, and I really like the döner box as well (fries, meat, and sauce in a to-go box). However, my favorite thing here is the pizza. I have tried five or six different kinds of pizza, and they are always magnificent. You can get a classic with salami and mushrooms, or get the döner pizza with all the kebab fixings on your pizza. It's always amazing. They have a small sitting area inside with a TV so you can eat there, or take it to go. They also deliver.

Have been there several times and enjoy this place. They are friendly and the food is very good at a great price. It is your typical carry out kebab place, they also have delivery service and a small dining area. My only complaint is the dining area is very hot on hot days. Ich hatte schon viele Speisen probiert, alle sind gut und absolut zu empfehlen! Döner etc. sind sehr gut gefüllt und das Verhältnis zwischen Fleisch, Salat und Soße passt. Der Lieferservice ist ebenfalls top; leider erst ab 17 Uhr...Wir bestellen wöchentlich und können das "Kebab-Pizza-Haus Kusel No.1" nur empfehlen!

Had a doner here for lunch. The meat was too salty which is strange since the kebab meat comes to the restaurants pre-seasoned and already on a spit-thing. Unfortunately, this was the worst doner I’ve had (and I’ve had many doners in Germany). Don’t eat doner here.
