Kelseys Original Roadhouse

We visited for a late dinner last night, and our experience was fantastic! The service and food were exceptional. Our server was very attentive and noticed when my dad couldn't finish his meal because he was full, and my mom was unable to eat her soup due to a health issue. They graciously didn't charge us for their meals. The server even brought the manager over to make sure everything was alright. Despite the eating challenges, we all really enjoyed the atmosphere and the genuine nature of the staff. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend dining here!

We visited for the first time this past Thursday night (8/10/23) and were thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional—friendly and very attentive. We didn't have to request napkins, wet wipes, or water; everything was taken care of seamlessly. The food was accurate, hot, and delicious, which caught us off guard considering the restaurant was packed. They also offer specials, which we truly appreciated. We look forward to returning very soon. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Came here with my family on a Saturday night. They could accommodate our group of 17 people with ease gave us our own private area which was nice.Food was great, highly recommend the lemon pepper salmon it was blessed.Other standouts were the beet goat cheese salad chicken sandwich and the drinks!Waitresses were pleasant and sociable.Highly recommend this establishment!!

Worst ever. Took forever to get our food. Then got it my daughter and my burger weren't cooked fully daughter her was red.i would give zero. Manager was trying to get us something else. Why would you try something else. If your meal wasn't cooked right the first time. We walked out. So Sad. But we didn't have to pay for it. We have not been at Kelsey's for a long time, my family was pleasantly surprised by their current menu. The service was prompt, pleasant and the atmosphere was great for a roadhouse restaurant. We all enjoyed our drinks and meals I would absolutely recommend Kelsey's for a great family night out.

Had a lovely lunch Here on the patio. Food was superb and service from our server Tina was top notch. Had a lovely chat with the General Manager Bree as well. Great food, great service, clean neat and tidy restaurant! We'll be back!

Our server Kim was excellent. Attentive and patient while we decided and during our meal, sat with us for a few minutes afterwards while my partner expressed his thoughts about his meal. Funny and sweet and great at her job! Reserva una mesa ahora

Very busy weekend in Orillia, we got turned away from two other restaurants for not having a reservation, but there was no wait here. Great service and food that I would expect from a Kelsey. Loved the blue lagoon cocktail.

We visited in the evening and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the new menu. The place was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to TINA!
