We can appreciate new staff needing time to adjust, it would have been more enjoyable had there been experienced wait staff to assist. Long waits for simple things (like a cup of water or a coffee refill) and since we were not asked how everything was shortly after receiving our order, which was delicious, we did not have the opportunity to request the extra cutlery we required. All things considered, it was still a pleasant and delicious meal, and the staff were very polite.

Hubby and I frequent the Cornwall Kelseys often because we know the food is good, staff is super welcoming and polite, and it's very clean. We always enjoy having Alyssa as our server, and now we know to ask if she's working when we go in, so we can sit in her section. Thank you for being so attentive and pleasant. Great service by Shelby! She was very busy with other tables but still took the time to make sure we felt taken care of and gave us plenty of her attention. Steaks were cooked to perfection. 3 of us at the table, we had basically the same thing(sides not the same). Service was spot onPleasant atmosphere.
