We have been to so many Kelseys in Toronto , at least once a month) this one in Windsor will be on my “DO NOT GO ” list. We came to visit family this week and we had a family dinner here . Wings is okay coz it’s served by numbers of wings you order) . Other food we ordered, the portion is smaller than other Kelseys. Surprisingly, Kids meal Mac and cheese just shy of 3/4 bowl , even my daughter can tell the difference. Thai chicken Curry noodle ,3/4 portion again ! we can barely taste the curry flavor than butter. Steak Fajitas for 2 , portion is okay Bt the steak is overcooked that we can not chew it . From start to finish, Kelsey's provided the perfect dining experience. We were warmly welcomed and promptly seated in a booth. Our server efficiently took our drink and dinner orders simultaneously, as we were ready to place them. Our drinks arrived quickly, and the food came out shortly thereafter. The only minor issue was that one of the plates wasn't warm enough, likely because it was prepared ahead of the other two and had been sitting under a heat lamp. However, all three dishes were delightful, and we will definitely be coming back. The main drawback was the noise level. With many hard surfaces, sounds tend to carry throughout the restaurant. When I visit, I request Katie because she is so good with my grandchildren. She makes our visit so worth coming back. She’s phenomenal with children, is positive and provides quick and friendly service. We never need to ask for anything, such as refills, because she’s proactive.The food is always how we ordered it and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Children are catered too. They’re rewarded with a little gift, just for visiting. They love this part.

I ordered chicken wings and the server asked if I wanted the breaded or not, I said breaded. When the food came out my wings weren't breaded and very over cooked, Crispy throughout. She got my daughter's meal wrong twice and took a long time to come out of the kitchen after my wife and I had already gotten our food. The restaurant was not busy, but server seemed rushed and didn't stick around to confirm our orders
Brought the family here for father's day... Huge mistake. The place was empty so we figured we'd be in good hands... Nope. Took over an hour to get our food out, and what came out was cold, limp, and lacking in flavor. The waitstaff never once came to refill our drinks... A party of 8 with out a single refill. Overall a terrible experience and I am embarrassed having recommended this place to my family.
I wouldn't consider myself an expert on chicken wings, but I have tried breaded sea salt and black pepper wings in the past. Unfortunately, these wings were not juicy. While they had good flavor, they were quite dry. The photo really tells the story. I'm on a mission to sample wings at different places, and I'm starting to realize that the best wings are usually found at dedicated wing restaurants.

Overall good restaurant, friendly staff, good menu selection and value. All our dishes were on the a little overcooked side (steak sandwich, chicken, salmon) but not bad.
