This is the first time we went here. It was a surprisingly good experience. We went on a Saturday at 1pm. I was surprised at how many people were there at that time of day (usually a good sign). The place had this vibe of a tried-and-true neighborhood hang out. The customers seemed jovial. It was the opposite of fancy, but the food and service were great. Our server was Nicole. She told us this business is family owned and just had their 50th anniversary. You don't maintain a family business for that long without doing something right. I recently hosted a birthday party for around 15 people, and I must say that the service was outstanding from the moment I made the reservation until the event concluded. The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food and service were both excellent. They even allowed us to store an ice cream cake in their freezer and brought it out with lit candles, along with forks and a knife for cutting. The staff was truly wonderful. My only suggestion would be to create a beer menu. I will definitely be returning for future events!
This place is fantastic! The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff are wonderful, and the food is consistently delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of the burgers on the menu. The fish and chips are always excellent, and my wife always orders the French onion soup whenever we visit. The beer is crisp, just like the bartenders' witty remarks, and they definitely know how to mix a drink. It can get pretty loud and lively, making it the perfect spot for meeting both old and new friends.
Pretzel bun burger with pub cheese and fries very good, I did ask for medium rare burger and it came medium to well, but it was good maybe thats the four star. Beer was cold glasses good and chilled wait staff fantastic. The music was good to my standards, deep cut 70's rock and roll, go back in a heartbeat.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere makes you feel like part of the family. The turkey Reuben was amazing, and the fish and chips were fantastic!
