Kerby's Koney Island

I'm going a little to the Kerbys because I work properly. I ordered via the phone and online for pickup. In the last few months, I've always got a Kerby melt and didn't ask for a pickle, it has pickles every time. I don't know who doesn't care when compiling orders, whether people pack orders or make orders. This recent time it had carrots and red cabbage on how a salad mix was used on it, which is not as it says it comes. I really liked this place because of convenience and that it was a relatively cheap and easy way to lunch. I don't want to order from here if it goes wrong every time. The waiters are nice.

Went there with several people from work. We used to go hear about once a month with 10 or more people. We will be looking for other options after today. Management doesn't know how to treat customers. Had an issue with my meal and they took a hard line with me about it. Asked my server to send the manager over to discuss it with me and she couldn't find the time. I won't be back, that's for sure.

Wait staff was very nice and attentive. I got there a bit early and my crew was a bit late. They accommodated me with seating so I could see the door. The food, once ordered was great! Big variety on menu; should suit any taste. Did not feel rushed before, during and after the meal. Very nice dining out experience!

Staff tries to do the best they can, but the food was just ok, comparing to other coney islands. Bathrooms were a little less hygienic than I personally prefer even for a public place like this. It's not bad, just not as good as others.

Wonderful comfort food. Place was packed and yet they opened up a section just for our party of 17. Gave us great service and kept the refills coming. Generous portions ment we had to box up half to use as lunch tomorrow.

The food was decent tasting, nothing extraordinary. Portions for prices are okay. The waiter was really friendly. Only on the bottom is that it took about 20 minutes to pay out.

IT'S A NICE CLEAN PLACE THE FOOD IS AVERAGE AND THE SERVICE IN MY OPINION SUCKS ALL THE WAITRESSES GATHER AROUND AND GOSSIP INSTEAD OF ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMERS

Had an excellent lunch with my family. I definitely go back. Open atmosphere, very welcoming and attentive waitress. Good food. Eat here if you get the chance

The staff was most welcoming and were very attentive to our requests. And,f course, we were invited to return.
