Kerby's Koney Island

I visited this Kerby's location for the fish dinner and was disappointed with the meal. The fish was undercooked and soggy, and the coleslaw looked unappetizing and tasted sour. Despite the disappointing meal, the waitress and cashier provided excellent service. When I brought up the issue with the food, they were quick to address it and I was not charged for the meal. However, due to the poor quality of the food, I will not be returning and will advise others against dining there. It seems that the issue lies with the cook at this location.

Went there with several people from work. We used to go hear about once a month with 10 or more people. We will be looking for other options after today. Management doesn't know how to treat customers. Had an issue with my meal and they took a hard line with me about it. Asked my server to send the manager over to discuss it with me and she couldn't find the time. I won't be back, that's for sure.

Koney Island restaurants are iconic in Metro Detroit, and this was our favorite. We typically went for dinner, but the menu has breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Service is excellent, food is a little oily, but very tasty, and the staff are always very friendly. We also particularly enjoy their low calorie Greek dressing, which we purchase regularly.

I frequently dine at this restaurant since it is conveniently located and serves consistently delicious food. I absolutely enjoy their fried chicken salad, chicken noodle soup, and baby Kerby Melt. I absolutely loved the Carrot Cake at this restaurant so much that I returned a few days later to get another one. The food, especially the hamburgers and French Fries, was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and the lemonade was refreshing. While the prices could be a bit lower, overall it was a great place to eat.

I've joined a group of about 15 that meets here monthly for breakfast. Service and food has been reliable and good. Orders arrive hot (if they're supposed to be), coffee and decaf refills are offered, and checks are always correct. Bathrooms are clean and bright.

Kerby's is a good place for lunch while working. You can sit down and have a relaxing lunch but also do it in a reasonable amount of time. The Chicken Lemon Soup is very good.

Always a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I go on my lunch a lot. Food and service is good and very quick, if you're in a hurry.
