This is the second time I’ve stopped here to grab a burger an slice of pie. Last time was drive thru only an waited over 5 mins. In line that never moved so we left. Well this evening I sat in the drive thru over 5 mins. Again when I noticed people inside. I got out of drive thru line an went in. Stood in line a few minutes when they asked me if I had placed my order. I said no. They said well you have to go thru the drive thru. They said they were taking the guy in front of me cause he was inside. So was I? Line was even longer for drive rhru so I left. Maybe not enough help (everyone wants extra unemployment) not sure. I will call before I ever stop here again.
We all ordered burgers and fries, and they were absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly, and our food was served quickly and accurately. If there's a line, it's definitely worth the wait. The food is both affordable and tasty! Plus, it's locally owned! There are several locations, but we dined at the one downtown (I can't recall the street name for that particular location). Enjoy your visit!
was here the other day and only had 4 cars ahead of me and still waited 25 minutes for my food. fries were stale and disgusting. didny put ketchup on my sandwich and had to ask for my 2nd order of fries cause they only had 1 in the bag. VERY DISAPPOINTED KEWPEE. not sure what is going on at the downtown location but get it together
If you're looking for hearty burgers at affordable prices, a well-balanced drink menu, and a welcoming atmosphere with excellent service, look no further than Kewpee! I travel to Lima for work every week, and I always make it a point to dine here. They also offer delicious donuts and fantastic frozen yogurt.

The quality of food at all locations in Lima have gone downhill. I always get a cheeseburger and they used to taste amazing! But nowadays the burger is lukewarm to cold and tastes too much like the bun instead of a cheeseburger, sodas sometimes not enough carbonation, and the fries are half soft.
Kewpee is the best burger in North America!! Okay, maybe not, but definitely in my list of top 3. Local beef and produce, and excellent fries. Fresh, made to order. Bathroom could use a little attention, but that would be my only complaint.
Perfect burgers every time, the pommes, cakes and malt are an explosion from the past. Even the portions are great. The staff was always friendly and patient and knowledgeable. We love this place. So glad we can dive back.
I dined here for the second time and the burgers were delicious. The fries were excellent as well. There was a slight wait in the evening, but it was nothing compared to the lunch rush.

I can always rely on this burger spot for an amazing burger whenever I'm in Lima. It also tends to be a bit more affordable than other burger joints.
