I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant, receiving the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had previously visited another location where I was told they were out of grilled chicken since they were closing in two hours. However, at this location, even though they were closing in just 40 minutes and had limited grilled chicken available, the staff generously offered to prepare a fresh batch for me if I was willing to wait. During my wait, I was treated to complimentary iced tea, and the staff remained incredibly friendly despite the impending closing time, even though the lobby was already shut. When my meal arrived, it was hot, fresh, and delicious, served with a smile...

The staff at this restaurant may be a bit slow, but that could be due to the aging equipment, as this place has been open for over a decade. It used to operate as a different eatery that served two kinds of fast food. However, the food here is excellent, and the dining area is always well-kept. I was pleasantly surprised when they customized a famous bowl to make it vegetarian-friendly, and they did so without making me feel like I was imposing on them. The staff is truly wonderful, and I wish the restaurant could get some updates, like a fresh coat of paint or new decor. They certainly deserve it.
