I have to say, every time I have gone to KFC Claremont, I've always received poor service, 8/10 times my order has been wrong. When I go in the store, I believe the staff are not trained. They have no people skills, quiet often stand around talking. And the wait time, after waiting for yah food, I ask them every time did u put extra salt on the chips, every time I ask. They always tell me they have, I get home to find out there's no salt on the chips at all. I can't understand how else, or what I have to do to get something so simple of putting salt on the chips. We were very tired after a sightseeing tour on the first day of our stay in Tasmania, there was no time to go somewhere to a restaurant, we had a quick dinner at the KFC fast food cafe. I ordered fried chicken wings, french fries and phantom. Not bad for fast food, quenched your hunger and went to the hotel to take a break. Served quickly, everything is tasty and, as always, inexpensive in such establishments.
The service is quick, even when they're busy. The staff are friendly, but it seems they no longer provide towelettes, unlike the Kingston location, which is the cleanest KFC we've visited in Tasmania.
My service was exceptional. I visited on August 5th at around 4:30 PM, and Locklyn was an amazing assistant. The service was incredibly quick.

I find this KFC outlet has some grab combo deals value for money. Food is to same quality as most outlets as it should.
