Kfc - Reserva de mesa

We use this KFC regularly to exchange our dogs. On the last visit on 09/08/2023 that lasted 1 hour and 12 minutes we were later presented with a parking fine with an early payment of £60.00. I contacted KFC to firstly complain that no mention of the parking from free 90 mins to 60mins had recently taken place. Secondly, that we waited just over 20 minutes to receive our order and thirdly, if they could talk to the parking regulators that we were a true patron of their business on that day. Well, it all fell on deaf ears and they did not help at all. Well, what I can say is that we will NEVER be going back there again as a result of this stupid parking fine and 60 minutes free is beyond a jok...

I am forced to go to this KFC because it is the only one near my house. If there was another option, I would definitely choose it. The trash cans outside and inside are always overflowing and the tables are often messy with debris left by previous customers that has not been cleaned up. The interactive ordering screens are unreliable. The service is slow and you have to check if they have included everything you ordered, which is rare. However, when you do get the food, it tastes pretty good. It is a shame that this place used to be okay but is now in a sad decline.

went to eat in at tea time with my 18 month old grandson ,one highchair for the whole restaurant ???? Slow service ,restaurant and tables dirty had to clean it ourselves !!!! Drinks spilt on floor and tables next to us no one came to clean it up ?? Food average but beans were terrible very watery !! Get your act together please before its too late ! Also waited ages for order to arrive !

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The floor was dirty and sticky, clearly not cleaned for a long time. The staff is unhelpful. When I asked for a printed receipt, they tried to give me one for a different order. The staff member didn't care at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

the food was sharp, tasty what they expect from kfc. the service was somewhat slow in the car through, but I take it when it means hot eating. I had maic and the woman had been drilling as side, but was not trimmed just because it gets 4 out of 5.

Arrived, ordered food, could not sit down, tables overflowing with old food, cartons, mess everywhere. Never seen anything like it, chicken bones , sauce everywhere, you'd think been a big fight. Very unhygienic

The service was terrible, the food was cold, and we waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. This may be the worst drive-thru experience I have ever had.

Staff on phones behind the counter, mess on every table, staff missed some of the order. All bins over flowing, cold food! bad management.... shocking and disgusting never again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went in the toilet and the urinal was Clogged And there WAS A PUDDLE OF **** Mmmmm :b refreshing drink ; anyways going back Now brb

Much room for improvement needed here .All a bit hit and miss ..it is handy and cheap but needs to up its game on quality
