I’m staying at the childrens hospital with my son, 5 minute walk away so I think when I leave at 9:20 I’ll have time to get some food and get back before they lock the doors at the hospital at 10, wrong! 4 people ahead of me in queue I’m still standing there at 9:45 and haven’t even ordered. 1 till going and staff stood around talking to each other. Wouldn’t go on but the last time I went there I managed to get my order in, simple boneless banquet box… 30 minutes I waited then I complained and got shoved a bag with the wrong order in. Honestly never been anywhere like it in my life. Beyond awful service.
The floor was dirty, the staff were grumpy from the moment I walked in. They seemed unwelcoming and the food was dry. They made a guy clean up his mess when it’s their job to do so. Overall disgusting experience I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat again. Moreover when I tried to order I couldn’t understand the girl and when I asked her to repeat she talked to me in condescending way. Overall traumatic Experience.
This is for the KFC in Cabot Circus in Bristol. Ordering on the touchscreens very easy but it encourages you to take a number and have table service, which we did. Then 5 mins later have the woman behind the counter shouting your number, so there was no table service, would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t on a Monday. Food was okay, hot wings abit bland and not many chips and missing a gravy.
Great staff and food all the food was hot and cooked as we waited. Yes you have to wait for your food, Yes they run out of mini fillet all the time BUT the staff I have always found helpful and friendly. Our food was delishus today and yesterday and on other occasions. Hot wings are extra spicy here so nice. Give them a try guys.
