A half-hour later, we still hadn't received our food, so I approached the same young man we ordered from. He assured me he would get our food, but when he stepped away, others began yelling at him to place their orders. We eventually received our food, but the chicken strips were disappointingly small—barely larger than chicken nuggets—and they were lukewarm and rubbery. To make matters worse, my brother's three-piece dark meat meal turned out to be all white meat, which he won't eat.

My husband just came back from that restaurant, and I specifically told him not to go there because they never seem to get it right. But no biscuits? Seriously? I also requested three large mashed potatoes with three large gravies, and instead, you just poured gravy over the mashed potatoes. That's not how it’s supposed to be served; it has always come separately. The food is quite expensive, so someone really needs to figure out how to get orders correct over there.
I typically don't write reviews, but after my fifth visit for chicken from this restaurant, I feel compelled to share my experience. Each time I've ordered, the chicken has been disappointing. Having worked in fast food, I can tell that either the chicken is old or the oil it's cooked in needs to be refreshed. I returned multiple times hoping it was just bad luck on my part, but unfortunately, every order I've received has been tough and seems overcooked.
Got 2 meals I think 11s and what I hate most is half my meal is fresh and the other half heat lamp warm. Ick, plus not handicap accessible. Yeah, they have parking but good luck opening all the doors. Stop giving orders out that get fresh and old put together! What happened to greeting people. No hospitality or they haven't been taught. If they have their teacher needs to be fired. Customers held the door for me and that's sad.

I paid over $9 this Saturday for 2 pieces of crispy chicken, a biscuit, and coleslaw. The only thing that was worth eating was the coleslaw. The chicken was terrible—hard with all batter and barely any meat. Whoever was cooking today did a poor job. If this continues, they’ll definitely lose customers. They should be careful about how they treat people.
I ordered a leg and thigh, but unfortunately, they were clearly overcooked and dry. The skin was tough and leathery. I didn't ask for a replacement because I figured the rest of the food would be just as disappointing. Additionally, the staff member who cleaned the tables did a poor job, leaving half of the table dry and not wiped down properly.
I stopped by to pick up a large fries, hoping it would be enough for my family of four like it used to be, but it turned out to be just a regular large size. As a result, my two kids had to share. We do enjoy the fries, but I think we'll look for another option that offers better value for our money. Sorry, KFC!
During our visit today, we received outstanding service from a wonderful woman named Mary. She was very attentive to our orders. As a Deaf person, I depended on my nephew to assist with ordering, and Mary showed great patience with us throughout. She truly deserves commendation for her dedication.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches and was promptly attended to. My takeout was ready in less than five minutes, and it was warm and delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you, TS!
The food was okay. We always choose not to get their biscuits because they are too dry. Not much atmosphere, but none expected from KFC.
