I cannot believe this restaurant is still open despite receiving such negative feedback over the years. I recently ordered a megabox and once again regretted spending my money here. The chips were cold, the chicken fillet was torn into pieces and left in the box. All the chicken pieces had been sitting in the warmer for so long that they were black and dried out, making them completely inedible. The gravy was so watered down that it resembled brown water, and when I dipped a cold chip into it, it ran off like tap water. I had to give a one-star rating in order to write this review. When I visited the KFC at Runcorn Hospital, I encountered unprofessional staff. They were joking and fighting amongst themselves while ignoring me as I waited to be served. I had to intervene and address their behavior. The comments they made about customers were disgraceful, and it's clear that better training is needed. Additionally, I experienced stomach cramps after eating their food, highlighting concerns about hygiene standards. I would advise people to avoid this establishment altogether.
I attempted to order from Runcorn KFC twice in the past two weeks. The first time was through Uber Eats and the second time was through Just Eat. Unfortunately, neither delivery service was able to deliver my food. Just Eat even offered me a refund for not receiving my order. They also falsely claimed that the food was just one minute away after waiting for an hour and a half. This KFC location is a joke and does not reflect well on the brand. KFC should address this issue as it is not the first time this store has had problems with customer service.
Ordered a zinger wrap meal online, took well over an hour to arrive and was stone cold when it did. Barely any chips and the chicken in the wrap looked like it had been pulled apart, not to mention there was no pickled slaw on it, just lettuce? By the time it was delivered the gravy was over 30 mins past it’s sell time, so had been sat there well over 6 hours. Also paid for a dip and never received. Tried to ring the store, no answer. Will not be coming back. AVOID

S**t show. 5 meals order Received 3/5 drinks My meals came with just 16 chips. No, not packets of chips, total singal chips. The other 2 meals had similar amount. One burger put in the box upside down then packaged right way up, meaning it was everywhere and we had to rebuild it. Gravey was a powdery congealed lump. Missing dips Chicken was super salty and the what chips we did get where soggy. All in all. A massive waste of 42 quid.
Never been to Runcorns KFC before. Arrived on a dark rainy evening and jumped out of my car and ran in to meet a friend. For my trouble received a £100 parking fine, for enjoying my food and staying too long! Generously reduces to £60 if I cough up quickly! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Money making thieves!
For the 3rd time, KFC fail to give napkins or wipes with drive through orders. Is this a cost cutting exercise? If it is, it has backfired as I refuse to use you again. Your chicken is go greasy you need a wad of napkins to wipe the grease from your hands. Shame on you !
This is the worst kfc I’ve ever had absolutely disgusting gave me about 8 chips beans looked like last weeks chicken was cold drink was hotter than the food seriously avoid this place spend your money else where straight in the bin it went

it was tasty dont get me wrong but on the last chicken wing we realised it was pink on the inside, two hours later both me and my mum were experiencing sickness and horrible cramps
Clearly stated on order No drumsticks and they sent me drumsticks I won’t be ordering from Runcorn branch ever again it’s the worst service ever
