Kfc - Reserva de mesa

Been to a few of the KFC food chains. I always order 2 breast of chicken, fries with drink. Then go back to my table to enjoy my meal. Then realise it's not breast of chicken its either drumsticks or something else! This has happened numerous times. There quick to take your money but dont give you what you ask for! I'm paying for breast of chicken so that's what I should be getting. The most Unprofessional company I've been too, as all I get is excuses. If you don't have it then tell the customer. Don't take the money and then try and palm them off with something else. Shocking. Unhappy customer who won't be back.

Ordered food tonight as we sometimes do from UberEATS. Once again, they missed off our fries and beans. Every time we order they miss at least one part of our order. Then they're policy isn't to send out the food that's missing. It's to put in in a book til next time. So they're getting money for food you haven't actually received. Once or twice I could accept... We are talking about over 10 times over the last few years. It's horrendous customer service and a poor way to treat loyal customers. We won't be back this time. Zero stars.

Visited this venue twice in the last month only to be disappointed by missing items both times when we open the bag upon getting home. First time round both gravy tubs were missing from boneless banquets, second time round after ordering their Trilogy box meal and a Mighty bucket for one we returned home only to find popcorn chicken, a portion of fries, and cheese for the burger absolutely nowhere to be seen. Other family members have mentioned having similar issues, so apologies KFC we won’t be returning in a hurry.

If I could give less than one star I would. Bread bun was stale and old. The chicken inside had a texture which wasn’t close to being chicken. The sandwich itself was drowning in mayonnaise along with cold chips!!! Waste of money and obviously handed out to the public by staff who don’t care what they serve! Food mediocre, even for a KFC, staff need more training, sometimes they care, most times not, Place always scruffy, tables not cleaned, or wiped down, seats covered in goo, after children have left. KFC use to be my favourite, but with scruff holes like this, And now doing CRUEL HALAL, thats me done with them.

Only give them 1 star as had to choose! Absolute disgrace! Second time we have ordered from these and it's the second time half the food is missing! They can't send the missing food can only give a number to claim the money back. Not good when everyone in the house is poorly and can't get out!!

I ordered KFC through just eat, cannot fault delivery times but the quality of the meal was disgusting, it was cold and inedible, took one bite of the chicken was stringy and cold it certainly wasn't fresh, chips again were cold will not be ordering again

this kfc never fails to be lovley but I got a boneless banquet box meal for 1 yesterday and the Pepsi max was flat the chips were nice but you only get about 5 and the chicken was okay Reserva una mesa ahora

Out of the KFC's I've visited I really rate this one! It's small, clean and friendly, plus the staff are always smiling.
