Fredrick ave location are the worst I've been in line almost 20 minutes still haven't received my food . Each customer roughly have a 10 wait on anything you ordered. The food was delicious, but I think they made an error. My chicken sandwich had bones in them (literally put a chicken breast a chicken leg in there) and it was my whole family having lunch from KFC, BUT NONE of them had any chicken bones in their sandwich EXCEPT for me. ??? And my sister literally waited for like half an hour for the food.
I wish KFC would stop cutting corners and return to their original recipe. Besides the disappointing service, this cheaper formula just doesn't measure up. I'm not sure if this particular location is a franchise or not, but the decline in flavor has been noticeable for at least the past three years.

I’ve been coming to KFC at this establishment for years maybe in the last month or so it’s been terrible I have no idea why but the place has been dirty greasy food mac cheese old and dry please fix the problem I come 25 miles away to establishment

The drive-thru attendant on Instagram is taking an unusually long time to process orders, which is quite disappointing. As a result, many customers are opting to leave due to the lengthy wait just to place their orders.
