Please look at all the negative reviews. This place doesn't deserve your business at 1.5 stars. I don't know who owns this place but management is really rude. The courteous gentleman at the front counter was understanding and sympathetic. Great customer service. But management is a mess. They sent him back and forth to give me news about my order being delayed rather than coming up to me and apologizing. I ordered my food at 715 to be prepared by 815. I walked in around 810 and they said I was going to have to wait 15 mins for tenders to be complete. They didn't apologize, didn't give me an alternative, and the managers were running around frantically. Highly unprepared and unprofessional....
The drive-thru service at this restaurant was unusually slow, likely due to a staffing shortage on a Sunday. The employee seemed unmotivated and did not make an effort to properly extend the Apple Pay device, which made things inconvenient for customers. Even when assistance was requested, the employee simply handed over the drink and then the food without any communication or apologies. To add to the frustration, the receipt was forgotten. Although the food quality was decent, the poor service at this Upland location has led the reviewer to decide against returning. Instead, they plan to visit the KFC in San Dimas, where they have consistently received much better service on their way home...
I went to this restaurant to pick up an order, and the estimated time was 3:33. When I arrived at that time, they informed me that the wait would be an additional 30 minutes for just one item. The staff seemed distracted and were chatting among themselves instead of focusing on their tasks. It is likely that if they were more attentive, my food would have been ready on time. I overheard them making disrespectful comments about people's weight and assuming that a customer was homeless. As a DoorDash delivery driver, their delay cost me an hour of work time and negatively impacted both my customer rating and time management.
The staff at this KFC appear to lack the necessary skills and training. I placed an order through Uber Eats just an hour before closing, and they completely messed it up. The only items I received correctly were the drinks. Instead of the thighs and drumstick I ordered, I got tenders, and all the sides were wrong as well. It seems improbable that this was just a simple mistake; it feels like it was either intentional or that the employees are unable to carry out basic tasks.

I visited the drive-thru at approximately 4 PM on Thursday, November 10th. I ordered two 2-piece chicken meals, specifically requesting thighs only, along with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, I did not receive the thighs or coleslaw I had ordered. To make matters worse, I didn't get a receipt when they returned my card, and they also forgot to include napkins. How can you have KFC without any napkins? I was very disappointed with my experience.
I usually love kfc fries. They usually serve them hot. Well to @8pm last night i received the worse batch. Ive heard stories of places re dropping old fries in grease. These fries were 5 dollars and som change. I immediately drove back to get my money. Food is too costly these days to get old food. Do better. Laziness.
The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms, though you do need to request the key for access. The food is outstanding, and the service is both efficient and prompt. I really appreciate this location because it's not overly crowded and offers ample parking space.
I would rate this KFC one star across the board. They constantly get my order wrong, their food often makes me feel unwell, and their customer service really needs improvement.

I got no sauce with my order of two 12-piece nuggets. To add to the disappointment, I discovered plastic in my soda. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant.
