Absolutely horrible service. My entire order was wrong. I kept calling the restaurant since my order was to go, but nobody ever answered. I want to add that I had to wait for my order over 10 minutes parked at the front of the restaurant. Finally made it home despite the heavy traffic and bad weather only to find my entire order was WRONG! Where is the accountability? And not only was it incorrect, but I was overcharged since I received less food than what I paid for. I want to speak to someone because this is not okay.
We ordered through the drive-thru and when we got home, we realized that one item was wrong in our order. So, we had to go back and they fixed it for us. The drive-thru was quick even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. We have dined inside on other occasions and they always keep the place clean, including the restroom. The food at KFC is consistently good and we enjoy going back, despite the occasional mistakes in our order.
Horrible experience. Went today and got a simple order and the lady taking our order was very rude, not sure if it was personal problems or what. Some fat short Mexican lady. Very snappy when taking my order and when she got my ordered wrong she insisted it was my fault. And the two employees working didn’t have gloves or mask on. Never coming back.
This place sucks...the Cusomer service sucks the cashier MILA MaLDONADO...Grabs the Money then goes and grabs the chicken and without changing her one glove.. she goes and cleans the tables... Unsanitary.. NEVER coming back here....and the sad part she is the Team Leader... WOW...

About 3 months ago we had a horrible experience here.we decided to try it again and I'm so glad we did! We went through the drive thru and Alejandro was great and the food was so good! Definitely be coming back.the whole crew was
I received the wrong order initially, and then I noticed that my chicken sandwich had mold on it. This is unacceptable - how could the person who prepared my sandwich not see the mold? I will not be returning to this restaurant.
10-17-23 8:45pm We stopped here for some good chicken. Ordered a crispy 3 piece and a Pepsi. What I was given is this falling apart grease slop you see here. Just as I opened it Never again KFC! Popeyes here we come....
When I walked into the restaurant, there was no one in the front or in the kitchen. It seemed like I could have just grabbed my own food. The customer service needs to improve.

We ordered a 16 PC family meal the chicken was hard and seem like it was old chicken the sides was good biscuits wasn't a soft as other locations will not be going
A mixed bag for sure, when they get everything right it's a decent KFC all things considered but when they make mistakes it shows big time.
