After a busy day at hospital, decided to call in rather cook after the long day, stopped visiting as last time the food was raw and staff couldn’t be bothered to answer my complaint, anyways decided to try again, ordered via in store electronic order machines, my number called and then again and then again within 5 seconds in ever increasingly louder tones. Food bag thrown at me, drove home and sat down for tea. One meal opened up… wrong meal !!! Second meal opened and a very poor attempt to make something which wasn’t on any menu, or that i ordered??? The food was fine, your average KFC however the service was terrible. We ordered a box meal which contained popcorn chicken, a wrap and chips-on receiving the order instead of popcorn chicken they gave us an extra portion of chips without telling us. They said there was no popcorn chicken left so they gave us extra chips instead! I said why didn’t you tell me when I was ordering! On Sunday 13th November 2022, I visited this restaurant around 7pm in the evening and I had to say this restaurant is shocking. I ordered my food and drinks at the counter and the prices are joke. Once I got my food from the counter, I was eating my food at the table and the fillet burger wasn't cooked properly and it was cold too. I was absolutely fuming and disgusted! was travelling home and though we would pop in for a quick bite to eat rather than cook when we got home, Since there was a long drive through queue we decided to eat in, that was a huge mistake. Ordered from the drivethru 8 piece boneless box with 2 large gravy,and 4 random sides,got home only to find the gravy had miraculous turned into coleslaw,and the 4 sides had magically disappeared,The place is run by school leavers,I don't blame them they probably got 10 mins of training,but being the cheapest form if labour in the land they are all kfc are going to employ,I will never go there again
What can I say ordered from here quite often every time there is always something missing and it’s quite expensive now the last time I went was last week 1 meal ordered with gravy I get home and there is no chips ! I can’t work out if they are just thick or can’t read won’t ever be going back.
After waiting for 1.5 hours, our subpar meal was finally ready. Our family, including two hungry kids, was disappointed when we discovered the order was incorrect when we got home. It was a disgusting experience overall. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Upon returning home and unpacking my meals, I found that the mash bowls were only filled halfway and there was no gravy. This was not just an honest mistake, but in my opinion, it was a display of pathetic service.

This KFC location is one of the worst in the country. The service is inconsistent and the staff, while friendly, do not seem to care. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next town than eat here.
Visited with my Son on Wednesday 6th October 2021. No bottles of water and no salt. Ridiculous. Can they not stock take? Won't be going again
