This KFC branch is incredibly disappointing! I ordered a Mac and Cheese bowl with Nashville chicken, along with two 5-piece chicken tenders. I specifically asked for a side of Mac and Cheese instead of fries and ordered a Pepsi and Mountain Dew. However, when I got home, I found that I had been given a mashed potato and corn bowl with plain chicken, fries instead of Mac and Cheese, and an orange soda instead of Mountain Dew. The food was of poor quality and overpriced, and they couldn’t even get my order right.
This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. When I ordered a large, they gave me a small portion in a large container. The staff were unprofessional—they spilled my gravy in the bag and got upset when they had to replace it. Even after fixing that, they missed some of my items. This place should be shut down immediately! On top of that, the restaurant is filthy; I suspect they have roaches. I definitely won’t be coming back until corporate makes some serious changes.
KFC's management is terrible. They claim only crispy chicken is available to push that item on the menu, but after placing my order, they inform me it will take a long time. With six people working in the kitchen and a line in the drive-thru and pickup, it doesn’t make any sense. It’s been 30 minutes, and I still haven’t received my order. KFC really needs to improve.
The chicken and fries were freshly prepared and served hot, making the meal very enjoyable. However, there was some confusion with our order, as the young woman taking it didn’t get it right the first few times. We had to drive up to the window and repeat our order before it was correctly processed.

A few days ago, my family and I ordered from this KFC location. I found that the chicken here is superior to that at other places. The service was efficient, and we didn't have to wait long. We got the Original Chicken, and the entire family was very satisfied.
I went to the KFC located on Route 1 in Woodbridge, NJ. I unintentionally parked at the Hobby Lobby next door, but it ended up being convenient since I could quickly run in, place my order, and then return to my car.
The restaurant is beautifully situated right on Route 1! There's plenty of parking, which I found very convenient. I really enjoyed their spicy burger, although I feel it could have been a touch spicier at times.
This KFC mandates that all take-out and delivery orders must be placed in the drive-thru line, which operates efficiently and moves swiftly.
