I always come here, bring my children often. Today, one of the workers thought it was very professional to yell at me from the 2nd drive thru window. I ordered on the wendy app. Came thru drive thru to pick up. I stated my name at the speaker, and the lady said next window, please. I said ok. I pull to the next window, waiting for my receipt. Noone at the 1st window. So I hear yelling hello hello hello. Imagine, my windows up music on just waiting. Instead of someone being at the 1st window, I'm told I don't need to go to the 1st window now how would I know that and second if a car was in front of Me technically I would still have to stop at the 1st window.I went inside to speak with the man...
A few minutes ago I received quite unpleasant treatment from the lady who takes the order. To begin with, she made a mistake in my order and gave me a soft drink instead of some fries with bacon. They made me turn around completely and when I arrived they turned around again. make a mistake and she gives me some fries without bacon... I still kindly point out that it is wrong without making any complaints, and I end up being scolded by her because according to her she is not wrong and I made the order wrong... who is more likely to make a mistake than the one who orders who makes only one order or who receives who spends all night receiving orders and is tired... I can understand that he is...
On January 6th at 1 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. I had placed a mobile order, but it seemed like it didn't go through. When I reached the speaker, the person told me to proceed to the second window. However, when I got there, another staff member abruptly opened the window and asked, "What are you doing?" I explained that I had placed a mobile order, but he responded, "You have to wait in line like everyone else." I reminded him that I was directed to the second window. It felt like someone really needs to pay attention and wear their headphones to understand what’s happening. The rudeness was completely unnecessary.
There was a grand total of three staff members. It took about 45 minutes to wait and be served. This sounds like a complaint, but it's not. The staff was totally professional and made sure our order was accurate and complete. The line reach the road but they cared enough to do their job to the best of their ability. I hope this review gets them recognized by corporate. The date was 10/31 at around 1am. Good job guys.

The service was extremely slow. I ordered two drinks but didn't receive any straws. I had to wait 15 minutes for my breakfast order around 9:45 AM. I also asked for butter for the French toast sticks, but it never arrived. Overall, the service was disappointingly slow.
Overall, it was a good experience, although they put the nugget box in the bag upside down, which made for a bit of a mess! Thankfully, it didn't affect the food.
Friends are fantastic! The nuggets are also a great value for the price. The staff is friendly, and they stay open late, which is a definite plus.
I really enjoy Wendy's. While the prices are a bit high, that's my only complaint. I believe it offers the freshest fast food options around.

One of the better Wendy is in NJ. Clean, friendly ride through and they get the order about 95% of the time (note: this is really good).
