I would rate this restaurant four stars because the food is mostly great, but there have been times when I've received dishes that seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. I can definitely tell the difference between freshly made food and meals that have been left out. Despite this occasional problem, the restaurant is usually quite good. My advice would be to always ask for a fresh order, even if it means waiting a little longer—it’s definitely worth it!
The food at this restaurant far surpasses that of the KFC in Irvington! The server was fantastic, serving not only delicious chicken pieces but also fresh biscuits, which is quite uncommon! The location is convenient and, despite the small space, the service was quick. I will definitely be coming back! *UPDATE* Even with new staff, the chicken remains delicious and doesn’t make you feel ill. I will keep supporting this restaurant!
As usual, attention to detail flies out the window at this KFC!! How do you forget to include an item for an online order scheduled for pickup 30 minutes in advanced?? Their store doesn't even answer the phone for Pete's sake!! I'm too far to go back too! Memo: Have your orders double checked before a pickup!
I have never waited that long for a meal. The stuff wasn’t moving with any sense of urgency. They just take their own little time while people waited for almost a one hour to get their food. Complete turn off. I’ll definitely avoid that location. Reserva una mesa ahora
KFC has made great strides in recent years. The food has consistently been good, to be honest. I'm particularly fond of the original crispy chicken sandwich and would give it a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.
Good location. Horrible service. Parking lot been neglected for years. Place needs repairs and management needs wake up call. Food is mediocre compared to other KFC's. Place inside is filthy at times.
